Order Process

Estimate

Submit your specifications through our configurator or contact form to get started. We will then reach out to refine your choices and guide you through additional options, creating an estimate that includes line items and pricing.

Deposit 

To move forward, we request a 15% deposit to secure your spot in our production schedule and begin the CAD design process. This deposit is required before we begin CAD modeling.

CAD Model / Work Order

We collaborate with you to confirm dimensions and tubing locations, creating an accurate CAD design of your expedition box to refine your work order. During this stage, we also plan any requested cut locations for windows, doors, and interior wall construction. The CAD model is essential for obtaining precise dimensions and costs before approving the final work order.

Order Materials

Once the work order and design are approved, we request a 50% deposit to start ordering materials for your expedition box.

Production Your order is placed in our production schedule, and we will update you on the expected completion date once assembly begins.
