Our cabover boxes are built as a fixed box mounted directly to your chassis, featuring a cabover design that extends over the trucks cab for additional sleeping or storage space. Designed with larger builds in mind, this option is a popular choice for F550 and similar chassis This series stands apart from our removable flatbed models by offering a more permanent solution, ideal for those who want a rig with unmatched durability and comfort on long-term or full-time adventures.

Arctic Tern Windows

Arctic Tern windows are designed to have excellent thermal insulation to keep the interior of your build comfortable in all seasons by helping regulate temperatures & minimize energy consumption. Blind and screen are included with each window and come with a fine mesh insect screen and a blackout blind with reflective exterior.

Arctic Tern Cargo Doors

Arctic Tern cargo doors feature powder-coated aluminum skins and frames with substantial foam insulation. The locks are European-made and provide secure weather-tight sealing. Custom sizing and left/right hinge configuration available.

Wildlands Entry Doors

This door is unique in that it incorporates a triple lock system with two deadbolts and a metal-framed inner screen door, allowing full security while enjoying maximum ventilation and bug protection. The door frame is powder coated aluminum with heavy duty stainless steel latches. The screen door features a stainless-steel #6 woven mesh with .040 wire. This allows you to sleep in safety with the outer door open in hot weather.

If you have your interior layout planned and know where you would like your lighting placed, we recommend having lighting installed as part of the composite box assembly process. We are happy to assist with mapping out your lighting locations during our pre build design phase.

Running wiring and placing each lights location is a much easier process when working with flat panels. Having this step completed during the assembly of the box will save you significant time and effort during the outfitting stage.

Marker lights will be installed to DOT requirements.

DOT Marker Lights

Our marker light packages are suited to DOT standards. We will install the proper package for your weight rating and box type.

Scene Lights

Rigid is our top choice for exterior lighting options. These lights can be used for a number of applications including ditch lighting for backroad adventures, or installed under an awning for evening patio lighting.

Interior Puck Lights

Our top choice for high quality puck lights are Skandvik. We provide wire chasing through the roof panel during assembly with additional wire left inside to be run to the final power source.

Roof fans, vents and skylights are helpful for air exchange, lighting, temperature control, and evacuating odors and moisture. We recommend at least one vent for most builds, but more may be desirable in larger builds. Having these items installed during the composite box assembly process is recommended as they require large holes to be cut in the box. Allowing us to complete this step ensures your components are properly places and leak tested.

All fans come pre-wired with additional wire left inside to be ran to the final power source.

Maxxfan Deluxe

This Maxxfan is a Powerful 10 speed reversible fan with thermostat to control room temperature, available in manual or remote. We recommend at least one fan for most boxes.

Maxxfan Dome

This small Maxxfan is enough to pull air out of a small space. Note that this model fan
only exhausts air out, and and cannot be reversed to pull fresh air in. Typically used for wet baths or if roof space is limited.

Manual/Electric Skylight

Both the manual and electric skylight are great for ventilation and added lighting in smaller spaces.

Both models are equipped with additional LED lighting.

Pre Wired Solar Kit

When choosing a solar solution, there are a few options:
Solar panels mounted to the composite box or brush guards, or folding portable kits.

Our rigid solar panels provide efficient and reliable power. With this installation we include a bundle of 10AWG wiring ran through a sealed entry gland for you to connect with your electrical set up.

Folding portable kits are lightweight and flexible, allowing you to park in the shade and set up solar power wherever you go. We will install a solar port on the side of the composite box to avoid running wires through a door or window. Foldable kits are sold as parts only.

Our panel of choice for interior walls are built using lightweight panels that incorporate the same FRP high impact exterior with a honeycomb foam core. Interior walls add to the structural integrity of the camper and provide additional rigidity. These panels can be used for bed structures, storage, wet baths, etc.
