Premium Composite Truck Camper boxes for Every Adventure
Our Composite panels are built with high-density EPS foam and FRP skins, offering exceptional insulation and durability. Choose from a range of standard sizes or customize your own to fit your specific chassis.
Why Choose Our Composite Panels?
High-Performance Construction
Our panels utilize high-impact FRP that is vacuum-infused with high-density EPS foam, designed to withstand harsh elements and provide consistent performance in any climate. These panels are resistant to impact, scratches, moisture, and UV damage, while a 3-inch EPS foam core maintains an R-value of approximately R15.
Durability and Moisture Resistance
Unlike metals, high-impact FRP does not corrode or rust when exposed to water or salt, making it an excellent choice for composite boxes intended for long-term use in harsh environments. High-density EPS foam is highly resistant to moisture, preventing issues such as mold and rot caused by natural environmental moisture.
North American Quality
All materials and manufacturing processes used in the production of our panels are proudly produced and assembled in Canada. This ensures a high-quality, Canadian-made product with a shorter production timeline, allowing you to start your adventures sooner.

Precision Assembly for Maximum Performance
Thermal Bridging Elimination
We assemble our panels with full FRP pultrusions to eliminate thermal bridging and reduce condensation. Using all FRP materials ensures that everything expands and contracts at the same rate, reducing stress on the sealed joints and eliminating the need for maintenance.
Meticulous Craftsmanship
Each composite box is meticulously assembled at our facility in Squamish, British Columbia, following rigorous industry standards. Our meticulous prepping and gluing process ensures maximum performance and durability.
Customize Your Camper Box: Optional Upgrades
Streamlined Outfitting
We offer optional upgrades to simplify the outfitting process of building out your composite truck camper box. Our services include the installation of windows, doors, cargo hatches, skylights, and any components requiring shell modifications, ensuring proper placement and leak testing.
We also run interior wiring channels and install lighting to streamline your outfitting process. By installing any necessary interior walls before the roof is added, we eliminate the challenges of post-installation modifications, saving you time and effort and allowing you to focus on customizing your box interior.
Windows / Doors / Cargo Hatches / Skylights
Comprehensive Selection
We provide a wide selection of windows, doors, and cargo hatches from leading industry brands. By handling the cutouts and installations, we ensure precise placement and proper leak testing, guaranteeing that your components are securely and correctly installed, giving you peace of mind and a solid foundation for the rest of your build.

Interior Walls
Innovative Honeycomb Panels
Our interior walls are constructed using lightweight 30mm honeycomb panels, maximizing your living space while improving structural rigidity. These panels do not require extensive insulation and are made from the same high-impact panel skin as the exterior, ensuring a consistent and seamless look throughout your camper. Interior walls can be used for wet bath enclosures, partition walls, bed plates, or storage boxes accessed from outside.
Subframe/ Flat Deck
Critical Foundation
The subframe/ flat deck is a vital component of any expedition vehicle build, acting as the crucial interface between the vehicle and the habitation module. We assist you in selecting the ideal subframe for your build, ensuring it meets your specific needs and budget.
