Customizable Composite Expedition Boxes for Extreme Climates
Our Expedition Boxes are expertly crafted using high-density EPS foam and High impact FRP skins, ensuring superior insulation and unmatched durability. Designed to withstand extreme climates and rugged terrains, these boxes provide exceptional quality and versatility. Choose from a range of standard sizes or customize your own to fit your specific chassis.
Why Choose Our Composite Panels?
Robust Construction
Our panels are constructed with high-impact FRP vacuum-infused with high-density EPS foam, ensuring they endure the harshest elements while delivering consistent performance in any climate. Resistant to impact, scratches, moisture, and UV damage, these panels feature a 3-inch EPS foam core, maintaining an impressive R-value of approximately R15.
Durability and Moisture Resistance
Unlike metal counterparts, our high-impact FRP does not corrode or rust when exposed to water or salt, making it ideal for long-term use in harsh environments. The high-density EPS foam offers exceptional moisture resistance, preventing issues like mold and rot caused by environmental moisture.
North American Quality
All our materials and manufacturing processes are proudly produced and assembled in Canada. This ensures we deliver a high-quality, Canadian-made product with a shorter production timeline, so you can embark on your adventures sooner.
Precision Assembly for Maximum Performance
Eliminating Thermal Bridging
We use full FRP pultrusions in our assembly process to eliminate thermal bridging and reduce condensation. This ensures all FRP materials expand and contract at the same rate, minimizing stress on sealed joints and eliminating the need for maintenance.
Expert Craftsmanship
Every expedition box is meticulously assembled at our facility in Squamish, British Columbia. Our process follows rigorous industry standards, combining meticulous prepping and gluing to ensure maximum performance and durability.
Optional Upgrades for Customization
Streamline your expedition box outfitting with our optional upgrades. We handle the critical initial upgrades, including installing windows, doors, cargo hatches, skylights, and any necessary shell modifications. This ensures proper placement and leak testing, along with interior wiring channels and lighting installations to simplify your build-out. By installing necessary interior walls before adding the roof, we eliminate the challenges of post-installation modifications, saving you time and effort.
Windows / Doors / Cargo Hatches / Skylights
Comprehensive Selection
We offer an extensive selection of windows, doors, and cargo hatches from top industry brands. Allow us to manage the cutouts and installations, ensuring precise placement and proper leak testing. This meticulous approach guarantees that your components are installed securely and correctly, providing a solid foundation for the rest of your build.
Interior Walls
Innovative Honeycomb Panels
Our interior walls are crafted using lightweight 30mm honeycomb panels, maximizing your living space without compromising structural rigidity. These panels do not require extensive insulation and are made from the same high-impact panel skin as the exterior, ensuring a consistent and seamless look throughout your camper.
Subframes
Critical Foundation
The subframe is a vital component of any expedition vehicle build, acting as the crucial interface between the vehicle and the Composite Box. We assist you in selecting the ideal subframe for your box, ensuring it meets your specific needs and budget.
